Initial Comments:
An on-site follow-up survey conducted September 10, 2019 found, Stay At Home Of Westmoreland, has corrected the deficiencies cited under of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 51, Subpart A. The deficiencies were the result of a state re-licensure survey conducted on July 5, 2019.

As a result of an on-site follow-up survey on September 10, 2019, Stay At Home Of Westmoreland, had corrected the deficiencies and was found in compliance with the requirements of 28 Pa. Code, Health Facilities, Part IV, Chapter 611, Subpart H. Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The deficiencies were cited as a result of a home care agency state re-licensure survey conducted on July 5, 2019.

Based on the findings of an on-site unannounced State follow-up survey conducted September 10, 2019, Stay At Home Of Westmoreland, had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 35 P.S. 448.809 (b). This deficiency was cited as the result of a relicensure survey completed July 5, 2019.
